Job Profile:
Our client requires a team administrator to carry out various administration duties along with reception cover.
Candidates must have advanced PC skills and previous reception/admin experience. Applicants will be required to complete PC assessments at registration stage.
Typing of technical reports and proposals - these will be quite technical documents and will involve inserting tables, photographs etc
General administrative support
Reception cover every lunch time and when the receptionist is on holiday/ sick
Maintaining technical and market databases
Ordering lunches, setting out and serving teas and coffees at meetings
Act as the building facilities person - liaising with landlord/ contractors etc.
Person profile: You will need to have high standards of presentation, a good eye for detail. You must be a good team player and willing to be part of a friendly but `heads-down` team. In addition you will need to be flexible, disciplined, highly organised and articulate.
Company profile: An engineering consultancy company based in a town centre location. Lovely offices, quiet, focussed atmosphere.
Skills profile: Our client requires a high level of expertise in Word and Excel. Knowledge of PowerPoint will be useful. All candidates will be assessed in all three packages. An accurate typing speed is also needed. You must be able to work with templates, putting together tender documents and present the finished document to a high standard.
