My Client in Guildford is looking for an Electronics Technician to join their team. The role will be to assist with electrical engineering and customer service in a busy, leading power electronics company. This role is ideally aimed at a recently qualified Electronics Technician looking for their first permanent role. You will be required to have at least 1 years working experience either in a employed or training capacity.

Key duties:

Carry out repairs and testing of equipment .

Assisting calibration department with calibration of equipment as and when required.

Answering customer telephone queries, identifying their requirements.

Assisting with researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales,conducting tests and recording, analysing and interpreting test data

Assisting with drafting reports

Assisting with product demonstration

Assisting with shipping and receiving packing, loading, unloading and associated paperwork.

Education requirements:

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have a City & Guilds or vocational training as electrical or electronic engineer.

Other requirements:

Keen interest in the fields of power sources and test and measurement instrumentation(but not essential)

Good telephone Manner

Full clean driving licence

Basic computer skills
