Job Description
Advantage xPO are currently looking for a senior HR professional with specific expertise in strategic workforce planning for a 6 month contract in Swindon.
Key deliverables would be to deliver an organisational wide workforce plan, embed workforce planning through HR business partners throughout the company, establishing clear roles and responsibilities across functional boundaries, workforce scenario planning.
The ideal applicant will have significant HR WFP experience in large, reputable organisations, preferably within the financial services sector, first class business acumen and exceptional ability to manipulate, interpret and present data (through excel etc).
