Darren has worked for over 17 Years in Automotive and Sales Management. Darren works at the forefront of Spear Recruitment liaising with both candidates and clients.  Darren has first hand experience of using Recruitment Agencies from both a client and candidate perspective and this was the primary reason for setting up Spear Recruitment to ensure candidates received the service they expect and that clients receive a professional great value service.

Finance Manager/Company Secretary

Lisa has over 13 years experience in Secretarial, Finance and Office Management, Lisa is currently studying for her AAT and hopes to qualify as an Accountant.  Lisa manages the Accounts department for Spear Recruitment
