Assistant Manager – Fun and Vibrant Environment!!!

Location: Swindon


My client is a very successful market leader in the restaurant sector with lots of restaurants across the Country. The menu is based around a Mexican Grill theme with a lively atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will already have experience as an Assistant Manager who is able to manage, lead and develop the front of house in order to provide the required quality of service, at a pace consistent with the environment, whilst ensuring that company policies, procedures and standards are maintained.

Operating in an “open style” with the ability to drive the business, you will be passionate and ambitious with commitment and drive. You will already have proven experience at assisting the manager with running the store.

Salary Package: £17k to £18k plus bonus
