To lead and manage the finance department and the management of the financial accounts for 3 business’ within the Group

Responsible for setting and the delivery of key business priorities for finance department and team for each trading quarter
Production of accurate management accounts for 3 business’ within the Group
Management accounts are produced and made available for the management group by a set date each month
The quality of the information is accurate, reliable and complete
Discrepancies/Variance are investigated and concluded

Cash flow forecasting both short term and long term
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
All nominal schedules are up to date, accurate and reconciled at the end of every month
All anomalies are investigated and concluded

Management of Credit Control for the group
Credit control is operated and reviewed weekly
Credit control is completed as per client plan
Issues are raised and addressed to the Finance Manger

Production of periodic and adhoc management reports
Maintenance of the Fixed Asset registers for 3 business’
The register is kept accurate and up to date
Completing Financial Year-End Audit
