Our client is a forward-thinking and progressive 3-partner Accountancy Practice based in Surrey. They are a well-established firm with a client base in excess of 1,000 businesses. The firm offers a diverse range of services and is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join the practice in a Manager to Partner role.

You will report directly to the Partner and enjoy a varied role which encompasses preparation of Accounts for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and preparation of Vat and personal tax returns along with responsibility for planning and completion of various ad-hoc assignments, general tax work and monthly/quarterly management accounts. You will also be required to liaise directly with the Partners clients.

To secure this role, you will be an experienced practice professional (preferably qualified) who has the ability to work on their own initiative, has a good analytical and problem-solving mind and excellent communication skills. You will also have the drive and ambition to help grow the business and provide a high level of service to the firm's clients.

There will be scope for career progression for the right individual.

Salary circa £30,000 plus depending on experience.
