Responsible to: Contracts Manager
Responsible for: The efficient and effective organisation and completion of sales quotations and the maintenance of up to date records on competitor activity and sub-contractors.

Specific Duties:
Record the receipt of all Quotation Request Forms (Q.R.F.) on the quotations board and ensure that they are allocated to the relevant Area Manager.
Vet all Q.R.F.’s received for omissions or errors and ensure that discrepancies are corrected after liaison with the relevant Area Manager.
Record and pass Q.R.F.’s to the C.A.D. department where C.A.D. illustrations and/or perspective drawings are required.
Prepare full costing of Q.R.F.’s into the following categories: -
a) Supply and install equipment
b) Supply and install equipment and safety surfacing
c) Supply and install raised bark pits etc.
d) Remedial works, tarmacing and landscaping.

Ensure that completed Q.R.F.’s are vetted by the Contracts Manager and passed to the Sales Office for preparation.
Maintain up to date records and prices on competitors.
Liase and maintain up to date records on tarmac, landscape and other sub-contractors.
