To assist the Business Support Manager with the running of the sales ledger and month end figures.

Main responsibilities:
Reconcilation of the sales ledger
Receipts reconcilitation
Monthly statement reconciliation
Chasing outstanding debts from customers
Answering sales ledger accounts queries
Supervising & supporting sales ledger team (3/4) people
Preparing month end schedules and reports for managers and accountants

Skills required:
Previous accounts experience
Flexible working approach
Excellent admin & organisational skills
Able to communicate to all levels
Able to meet deadlines
Able to work on own initiative
Good computer literacy
Accounts package - SAGE
WORD & EXCEL
