Maintain a portfolio of accounts providing credit control, claim settlements and the resolution of client queries.
Maintain individual files and effective credit control for a portfolio of accounts
Instigate and process payments, code and allocate incoming receipts and conduct credit control
Resolve client queries from both internal and external clients
Establish and maintain effective client relationships within Finance and with Divisions
Undertake assigned project work
Produce reports for Divisions as required for your Line Manager
