A career opportunity for an enthusiastic team player who is keen to progress their career within the IT support arena. Working for a prestigious IT Consultancy, you will be trained to provide first line support at blue chip client sites. You will provide a professional customer service to clients and ensure calls received are processed efficiently. You will be a good problem solver, a proactive team player and have intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Microsoft applications. SAP is desirable but not essential. Excellent career opportunities exist including on-going training in a range of applications, European travel, and potential for a career in Consultancy. You should be a car driver, and have the flexibility to cover various shifts (not nights).
