Concept Care Practice is a successful nursing and care agency providing temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to all sectors of the care industry.

We are currently recruiting male and female support workers to undertake temporary shifts in a group of supported living schemes around Reading.
Working together with our client, our priorities are to develop service users’ independent living skills and create a sense of community and opportunities for social networking.

Do you have experience of working in supported living schemes?
Have you worked with any of the following client groups?

Young adults with learning disabilities (Autism, Asperges Syndrome)
Young adults with personality disorders and challenging behaviours
Vulnerable/Abused teenagers

Do you have the following key skills?

Good understanding of the needs of any of the above client groups
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use your own initiative
Ability to work alongside permanent staff and management to provide quality care and support
Ability to keep the boundaries between you and service users and remain professional at all times
Computer literate
Mandatory training courses completed
Epilepsy and SCIP training desirable
