Shared Service Analyst - £12p/h - £14p/h Slough Temporary Position Immediate Start

Our client is looking for a dynamic and organized associate with some Accounts Payable experience to join their team as a Shared Services Analyst.

Supplier reminders - researching queries received from suppliers, requesting copy invoices and credit notes and making sure all reminders are resolved in an efficient manner
Research, escalation and resolution of Invoices on hold
Statement Reconciliations - requesting copy invoices/credit notes, investigating and resolving any reconciling items and resolving any aged balances.
Maintaining good internal relationships
Researching internal queries in a timely and efficient manner
Focused on process improvement
Prior experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or procurement
PC literate
Excellent communication and proven numerical skills Flexible team player
Able to work to tight deadlines
Ability to continually prioritize changing responsibilities.
Oracle Payables experience helpful
German or French language a plus
