Our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team in Uckfield. You will be reporting to the Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:-
•Responsible for Purchase Ledger
•Check all incoming Invoices against Purchase Orders.
•Liaison with suppliers, and resolution of queries
•Raising Purchase Orders retrospectively for any valid incoming Invoices
•Responsible for coordinating all ‘Goods In’, ‘Goods Out’ and ‘Quarantine’
•Monitoring returned goods for credit notes
•Responsible for updating the ‘Approved Suppliers List’
•Responsible for administration of company C.I.S scheme
•General typing, copying and answering of telephones as and when required
•Complete weekly timesheets and adhere to all company ISO procedures
•Any other duties deemed necessary by the Directors of the company
