Our client is a specialist advertising agency based in West Byfleet, Surrey.
They are currently looking for an Account Manager who will take responsibility for the growth the growth, satisfaction and management of a portfolio of business.
Overall Job Purpose:
1. To take overall responsibility for the profitable growth, customer satisfaction and management of a portfolio of advertising business
2. Additional responsibilities include ensuring quality control for the client and continually looking for ways to improve service and to meet the client’s expectations and exceed them where possible
3. The development and motivation of a team of account handlers, using the appropriate review procedures
4. Manage the team’s involvement in the new business process and ensure the smooth integration of all new business into the group
5. Contribute to the direction of all clients within your portfolio
6. Contribute to/manage/create developments to products, services or systems and procedures
7. Responsibilities include all aspects of the advertising process, both leading the team and playing an active role yourself.
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree level. ‘A’level in English or equivalent
- Substantial experience in account handling within advertising
